Bank of Ireland launches 'Business Coaching Series' at ISME Conference
Bank of Ireland launched their new 'Business Coaching Series' of business advice guides on Friday 3rd October at the annual ISME conference in Croke Park. The seven booklet series has been designed to support new and growing enterprises in various stages of business development, in areas in which they would like guidance, as a result of feedback received from small businesses.
The first booklet is a general guide to business, looking at 'Top Tips for Starting Your Business'. The second booklet focuses on 'Employment Rights for Small Business' and is written by Mark Fielding, CEO of ISME. Speaking at the ISME Conference 'Enterprise: Risk & Reward - the SME Summit', Mark emphasised the importance of guidance for any would be entrepreneur, or small business, in the current climate. 'This coming year, businesses will face many new challenges, and this is the time to be taking good advice'.
Other booklets include 'Managing Your Cashflow' by Siobhan Comerford of Credit 2 Profit, 'Maximising Your Business Potential' by Paul Fagan of ActionCOACH, 'Bringing Your Business Abroad' by the Irish Exporters Association and 'Branding Your Business' by Gerard Tannam of Islandbridge.
Damian Young, Head of Small Business in Bank of Ireland Business Banking has also written a booklet focusing on 'Financing and Growing Your Business'. Commenting on the release of the Business Coaching Series, Damian added, 'Bank of Ireland is delighted to work with these industry experts to provide small businesses with the advice and information they need. This series has been developed as a direct result of feedback from our customers, to support their businesses in all stages of their development. One of the most important aspects of starting or growing your business is to obtain as much advice as possible. Good advice is the key to any successful business, and this series will provide a significant level of information, advice and support to these businesses.'
