About Us
Bank of Ireland established its Syndicated Finance team headed by Peter Mullen in early 2006 in response to the growth of its Corporate Banking business and in line with our strategic ambition of growing our international skill based businesses. Working with the global origination teams across Acquisition Finance (LAF), Specialised Finance and Project Finance the team has underwritten and distributed as Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner a substantial number of transactions in both Europe and US since being established.
The team works with a broad section of investors across the senior and subordinated debt markets to structure, price and distribute transactions. Since its establishment, the Syndicated Finance team has represented a significant milestone in the strategic development of Corporate Bankings offering and reinforces to our clients Bank of Ireland's commitment to the debt markets. The team is headquartered in our London office with personnel also located at our Stamford office in the US.
