What does Bank of Ireland offer businesses starting up in Ireland?
We understand that starting a new business is an exciting prospect, but we appreciate that it can also be a bit daunting. Bank of Ireland (BOI) has a wealth of experience in helping new businesses become a success and our Business Start-Up Package is designed to help you every step of the way. If you're thinking about starting your own business, we can offer help and expertise in more areas than you think, ensuring that you get the most out of the opportunities ahead.

 

To Begin With

As a new business start-up customer with Bank of Ireland, where the account is opened between 1st April 2005 and 31st March 2006, you can enjoy:

  • A range of banking services free of charge for two years
  • Free access for two years to our online business banking service 'Business On Line'
  • A competitive Small Business Loan which can be taken out at any time over the two year period
  • A flexible Leasing or Hire Purchase repayment schedule, to suit your business cashflow together with a waiver of the Leasing or Hire Purchase set-up fee at any time over the two year period
  • A waiver on the first year Visa business card annual fee available at any time over the two year period
  • Reduced administration fees on Invoice Finance facilities for companies with projected turnover in excess of €500,000
  • A range of reduced fees and charges on card services for two years when setting up and
    operating a customer credit card/laser card payment service.
  • Free advice and support from a range of BOI Business Units including the Enterprise Support Unit, Business Banking, Bank of Ireland Life, Bank of Ireland Finance, Bank of Ireland Credit Card Services and Bank of Ireland Global Markets.

Please note that 'Two years' or 'two year period' mentioned above refers to a two year period from the date of opening a business start-up current account with Bank of Ireland.
