Scheduled maintenance – Sunday 19 May

Banking services, including 365 online and our mobile app, will either be restricted or unavailable between 2am and 7am this coming Sunday, 19 May. If you are likely to need banking services overnight on Sunday, please plan ahead to minimise disruption.

Credit cards

Between 2am and 7am, credit cards and credit card features will not be available through 365 online or the mobile app (Credit card payments will work as normal).

All online banking services

Between 3am and 7am, all online banking services, including 365 online and the mobile app, will be unavailable.

Cash withdrawals, electronic transfers and in-store transactions

These services will be operating between 3am and 7am, but we do expect some disruption. If you are likely to need these services during that time, plan ahead by withdrawing cash or paying bills before 3am.

This work is an important part of maintaining our services. We schedule it at this time to minimise the impact, but we appreciate that it may cause inconvenience. We apologise for that.
